As Discovery Systems Librarian at Carleton University in Ottawa, ON, Jennifer is responsible for the governance and administration of Alma and Primo VE at the Carleton Library. She is Carleton's Implementation Lead for the Ontario Council of University Libraries Collaborative Futures consortium and played a key role in the migration from Carleton's legacy ILS to Alma and Primo VE. Through her development of a unique multi-step continuous learning program at Carleton - "LSP Team Experts" - Jennifer has been working with library staff to inspire continuous learning philosophies to improve confidence and expertise in their use of library technologies. Her current research and work interests include the ways in which library systems and technologies influence library policy and workplace culture, continuous learning approaches for library staff, and collaborative communities in digital contexts.
