M.J. D'Elia started his career as a business liaison librarian and is currently a member of the Library's executive team. He is most comfortable when he's finding co-conspirators who can help solve problems in creative ways. Some of his interesting side projects include: Innovation Boot Camp, The Startup Library, and the Association of Research Libraries Liaison Institute. In his spare time MJ chairs the board for a social not-for-profit startup, and runs a small facilitation company.
