Cathy Wolford works as one of three system librarians at the Detroit Area Library Network (DALNET).  Prior to this, Wolford served as the Interim Director while the consortium searched for a new permanent director.  DALNET provides customer service, instruction, and configuration for the Library Services Platform (LSP) used by 12 member institutions.  Located on the campus of Wayne State University in Detroit, DALNET is a multi-type library consortium servicing southeastern Michigan.  Prior to her employment at DALNET, Wolford was the Manager of Library Technical Services at the Benson Ford Research Center located at The Henry Ford in Dearborn, Michigan.  She earned he BA in English from Albion College and her MLIS from Wayne State University.  From 2013-14, she was the president of the Michigan Library Association.  Currently she is an active member of the American Library Association and a member of the Core Division.
