Joel Tonyan is the Director of User Experience at the Kraemer Family Library, University of Colorado Colorado Springs. He previously served as the Kraemer Family Library's Systems Librarian, Lead Systems Coordinator, and the Interim Director of Web Services and Emerging Technologies.
