Tabitha Samuel is the Digital Archivist for the Waring Historical Library of the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. As Digital Archivist, she manages the library’s digital collections and institutional repository, MEDICA. A native of Columbia, South Carolina, Ms. Samuel is a native of Columbia, South Carolina. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in history from Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina, in 2008, and returned to Columbia to earn a Master of Library and Information Science degree and Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Library and Information Science from the University of South Carolina in 2012 and 2013, respectively.
