Vera Keown is the Organizational Development Librarian at the University of Manitoba. She has over 25 years of experience as a librarian, manager, and leader. For the past 7 years, she has been an Associate University Librarian at the University of Manitoba. Previously, Vera held several positions with National Research Council of Canada (NRC) where she supported the business and research activities for the NRC and industry. Vera is a Certified Executive Coach and is a member of the International Coaching Federation. Through coaching and coach training Vera empowers executives, leaders, and professionals at all levels to discover and realize their true potential and experience success and fulfillment in all their pursuits.
