Joyce Garczynski is Towson University's Communications & Development Librarian. In this role she teaches students about the research process, manages publicity for the library, and writes grants. Joyce received her MLS from the University of Maryland's iSchool in 2009 and holds a Master's Degree in Communication Research from the University of Pennsylvania. She also has worked as a research assistant and project coordinator for the Annenberg Public Policy Center at the University of Pennsylvania.
