Gregory A. Smith is Associate Dean for Library Technologies & Collection Services at Liberty University. His academic and professional interests include librarianship, organizational leadership and management, higher education, evangelical Christianity, and scholarly communication. A doctoral student at the University of Lynchburg, he hopes to write his dissertation on change readiness in academic libraries.
