Michael Berse is the Lead Software Engineer and a founding member of Capira Technologies. Previously Michael spent 10 years working in public libraries as a Page, Clerk and Systems Administrator. In 2011 Michael joined Library Journal and School Library Journal as their IT Manager before leaving in 2013 to found Capira Technologies. Michael has over 15 years experience writing software in various languages.
