Harvard University
Amy Deschenes is the Library User Experience Specialist at Harvard University. In addition to overseeing various user studies in the libraries, she also conducts training workshops with staff on how to conduct usability testing, ethnographic research, and user interviews. During her first year at Harvard she worked to establish the User Research Center, a dedicated space to support user experience research at Harvard Library.
