Alex Lent is Director of the Millis Public Library, President-Elect of the Massachusetts Library Association, and Founder/Coordinator of the Library Directors Group (LibraryDirectors.org), which exists to facilitate communication, collaboration, and continuing education for library directors, especially for those in their first five years on the job.
