Alvin Hutchinson

Alvin Hutchinson works in the Digital Services Division of the Smithsonian Libraries, managing the Smithsonian Research Online program. This effort collects published output of the Institution, manages a repository of reprints, supports the Smithsonian Institution Scholarly Press and assists in compliance with the White House OSTP memo on public access to federally funded research. He has written about topics in the economics of scholarly communication as well as other digital library services.
