Andrew Y. Lee is a Humanities & Social Sciences librarian at George Mason University Libraries. Since 2000 he has been serving as a liaison librarian to different academic programs at this university, and the current programs that he is responsible for are Anthropology, Sociology, African American Studies, Cultural Studies, Philosophy, and Religious Studies. Before he came to Mason, he worked as a medical librarian at SUNY-Upstate Medical University Library at Syracuse, New York from 1997-2000. From 1982-1988, he worked as an instructor at the English Department of Capital Normal University at Beijing, China, teaching English language and literature. His educational background includes: B.A. (1982), English Language and Literature, Capital Normal University, Beijing, China; Ph.D. (1996), Anthropology, State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo; MLS (1997), Master's of Library Science, SUNY at Buffalo.
