Angie Miraflor

As the Director of Customer Experience, Angie leads or participates in a variety of cross-department projects that ensure an excellent library customer experience for Brooklynites. This includes oversight of the circulation management team, monitoring and directing the collections budget, and developing customer service training. Previously, Angie has overseen branches at New York Public Library and had numerous librarian roles at San Jose Public Library (Calif.)
