Carmen Ho

Carmen is part of the Policy, Planning and Performance Management team at Toronto Public Library. In her role as a planning specialist, she engages in long and short-term planning for the organization and develops standards, performance measures and evaluates methodologies and outputs on library projects and services. Her recent work includes supporting TPL’s Open Data initiatives, developing a measurement and evaluation tool for Ontario public libraries to measure the impact of technology services and working to improve access to a broad range of library services including technology and connectivity across TPL’s 100 branches.
