Chad founded HarperAMH, LLC, a technology and business advisory firm and is co-founder of Lithic Digitization and Archive Services, which provides a full range of digitization, archive, and project management services to organizations such as libraries, archives, museums, and other information organizations in the public and private sectors.

Though successful in industry as both a manager and individual contributor, Chad’s real passion lies in research in information spaces and technology education. He is an adjunct professor at Syracuse University School of Information Studies teaching Introduction to Database Management Systems and at Onondaga Community College teaching Information and Computer Literacy and Systems Analysis and Design.

His IT and project management background, coupled with his teaching and experiences gained while earning his Master's in Library & Information Science have equipped him with the technical skills to develop tools to deal with big data for information organizations of all kinds.
