Christina de Castell

Christina de Castell is director, collections & technology at Vancouver Public Library, responsible for oversight of service and strategy for technical services, digital services and IT. She is a member of numerous ebook working groups including for IFLA, ReadersFirst and CULC. In 2015, she represented the world’s libraries at UN forums in the role of manager, policy and advocacy for IFLA.
