David Green

David Green is the Library Systems Manager and Open Data Project Manager for the Town of Chapel Hill.  For Chapel Hill Open Data, Green leads an effort to increase transparency and facilitate access to information.  At the Chapel Hill Public Library, Green envisions and deploys creative strategies for improving systems and services to ensure an engaging, responsive, user-focused experience for all library customers.
