Donna Bachowski, Learning Central Manager with the Orange County Library System, is the project manager for several innovative digital products that connect the community members directly and meaningfully with the library and the broader community. Projects include Right Service at the Right Time (an e-government and social services for in-need residents), Orlando Memory (a community/local history project), and EPOCH (a free repository for anyone to permanently post an obituary). As a librarian for more than 20 years, Ms Bachowski has extensive experience working with communities large and small, and finding innovative ways to improve library experiences.
