George Coulbourne is the Executive Program Officer, Office of Strategic Initiatives (OSI), at the Library of Congress, in Washington, D.C. Among his responsibilities at the Library, George leads development of the Library's nationwide Digital Preservation Education and Outreach initiative; a number of national recruitment efforts and internships, including the National Digital Stewardship Residency Program (NDSR). He holds a B.S. in biology and education from the University of Maryland; a B.S. in nursing and a M.S. in gerontology from Ball State University; and an E.M.B.A in executive administration from University of Maryland, University College.
