James Hammons

As Head of Library Technologies at Ball State University, Jim is responsible for workflow management solutions, including the integrated library system and ERMS, as well as interlibrary loan/document delivery, discovery, public print management, electronic resource platforms, and business intelligence and analytics. As Ball State's lead representative in the Intota Development Partnership with ProQuest, he is playing a leadership role in helping libraries transform workflows to better serve users of our predominantly digital collections.
