Joe Heary

Mr. Heary has more than 20 years of experience delivering solutions for asset management and brokerage operations, health care, retail, and technology-related businesses. He has a proven record of defining business and technology strategies, delivering solutions within the context of those strategies, and leveraging product capabilities in conjunction with industry best practices to meet objectives. Mr. Heary is responsible for the continued development of ZAI’s customer solutions that leverage ZAI’s rich heritage of Records and Information Management (RIM), Library Services, and Information Technology.

Prior to joining ZAI, Mr. Heary spent more than 11 years with MetLife, Inc., as a Director of Technology and Assistant Vice President of Investments Operations, implementing and managing technology solutions to increase productivity, reduce cost, and improve the overall efficiency of day-to-day operations with a focus on quality and customer centricity. He previously served in IT management roles at CrossLogix, Inc. (now Oracle), PaineWebber, Inc. (now UBS), and Capital BlueCross, Inc.

Mr. Heary holds an M.B.A. from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Silberman College of Business and a Master of Music and Bachelor of Music from Shenandoah University, He is also a veteran of the U.S. Air Force.
