Manager of the Digital Access and E-Services Department of the Jacksonville Library System. Created the department in 2012 as a way to bring technology education to our patrons and to help staff make the transition to a new kind of reference and patron interaction. I'm a graduate of the UCLA Library and Information Science School, worked as an IT consultant for nine years in a networking and training business catering to the legal community and had been a reference librarian and branch manager for 12 years before starting the department.
