Kate Tkacik

Kate Tkacik is manager of the Funding Information Network at Foundation Center. She leads the strategic engagement and growth of this network of more than 450 libraries and nonprofit resource centers, all serving their local nonprofit community by providing access to Foundation Center tools and trainings. Kate is a librarian and library advocate, with a unique experiences ranging from providing reference and information literacy to teens, college students, nonprofits, and even investment bankers. Kate believes in the power of communities to drive social change--and that libraries should be central change-makers in the communities they serve.
