Kelly Ray is a Resource Teacher for Library Media Programs & Digital Resources in the Baltimore County Public Schools. She works with school library media specialists, teachers, and curriculum office staff to promote reading, literacy, research, and 21st century skills for K-12 students in BCPS library media centers and blended learning environments. She holds a Masters degree in Instructional Technology and Library Media from Towson University, where she is an adjunct faculty member. The Baltimore County Public Schools were named the National School Libary Program of the Year by AASL in 2017.
