Mark Vargas

Mark A. Vargas became Director of the Library and Archives at The Revs Institute in July 2016. Previously, he was Dean of Learning Resources Services at St. Cloud State University in Minnesota (2013-2016); Executive Director of the University Libraries at Saint Xavier University in Chicago (2002-2013); and Library Director at the University of Arts and Sciences in Oklahoma (2000-2002). Before that Mark was an archivist at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (1990-2000) and Assistant Archivist at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (1988-1990). Mark received a M.A. in History and M.L.S. in Library Science from the University of Maryland in 1988.
