Nancy Howe joined Baldwinsville Public Library (BPL) in 2010 to oversee the federally funded Broadband Technology Opportunity Program (BTOP) grant. In 2012, she became BPL's Public Relations/Outreach Librarian. She was previously employed by the Central New York Library Resources Council as the member Services Coordinator for 12 years.
