Neil joined EBSCO in 2014, and is focused on how modern discovery services can effectively highlight the library and its resources, and provide a world-class user experience to the library’s patrons. Block is an experienced library executive and has served in senior positions with EBSCO, Innovative Interfaces and Polaris Library Systems. He holds a Masters degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.
