Rob McCoy has been the IT Manager at Paul Sawyier Library in Frankfort, KY for 18 years. He received his BS from Kentucky State University. He has helped bring the library from a facility with 2 dial up connections and 3 PC’s to a facility with a state of the art data center and several cutting edge technologies including an RFID system and biometrics for patron services.
