Rudy Leon is Associate Director, Research Services & Learning Spaces at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Her research has two primary foci: the roles of the librarian in user outreach, engagement, and relationship-building in academic libraries, and effects of these myriad relationships on services, collections, learning spaces, and student learning; and the history and future of these infrastructure services.
