Sarah Elwell

Sarah Elwell is the librarian at McKinley Technology Education Campus. This is her 15th year as an educator in DCPS: 8 years as an English teacher and 7 years as a librarian. Sarah has a B.A. in English and Education from Swarthmore College and an M.L.S. in School Library Media from Catholic University. She is also a national trainer with the American Federation of Teachers, the Washington Teachers Union Teacher Leader Program Facilitator, a member of the DC Public Schools (DCPS) City As Classroom Task Force and a Citybridge Education Innovation Fellow. She is a native Washingtonian and DCPS alumna.
