Chimwemwe Njikho is a graduate student in Applied Information Technology, specializing in Information Systems Management, at Towson University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and a Master of Business Administration. She also holds ITIL Foundation, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, and Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals certifications and is currently pursuing Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Chimwemwe’s work and interests focus on transforming innovative ideas into practical, human-centered technology solutions that improve access, usability, and impact. Through her academic projects and graduate assistantship with Towson University Library IT, she has contributed to designing digital platform that support collaboration, learning, and service delivery. Chimwemwe is also an experienced Electronic and Digital Banking Specialist with a background in implementing digital banking projects, improving digital service delivery, and optimizing processes within a regulated financial environment. She is passionate about making technology intuitive, inclusive, and seamlessly integrated into everyday life so that innovation benefits everyone.
