Picture of Lauren FellersLauren Fellers is a program specialist for the Federal Library and Information Network (FEDLINK), an organization of federal agencies working together to achieve optimum use of the resources and facilities of federal libraries and information centers. Fellers joined FEDLINK in 2023 and is involved in planning professional development opportunities for federal library staff as well as supporting FEDLINK’s role as a consortium for federal libraries as a liaison to FEDLINK working groups. She began her career in 2015 as a library technician for the Pikes Peak Library District in Colorado. She then earned her MLIS and became a Senior Librarian, a role in which she oversaw Creative Services programming for the district, including workforce development, technology instruction, and operation of library makerspaces. She has a decade of experience working in libraries with a focus on education and training opportunities.
