11:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.This session explores the evolution of training at DoJ Libraries, including the transition from “in-person” to “handson” to “long-distance training.” It shares how changes in budget, as well as technological advances, affected what they are able to do, discusses how anticipating the needs of their patrons led to the creation of course offerings such as Bluebooking and the CLE Series, and how a good marketing strategy can impact the effectiveness of training programs.
