Bruce A. Strong

Bruce A. Strong is an author, consultant and the Founder of the Network Leadership Group. He works with the senior leaders of global organizations and is a featured speaker and lecturer on change, innovation, strategy, and knowledge management. He cofounded systems integration firm Context Integration (that grew to more than $250 million in sales) for which he was written up in Fortune and Fast Company magazines.

Bruce has worked with leaders at organizations like PricewaterhouseCoopers, the World Bank, State Street Financial, LEK Consulting, the New York Public Library, and CDM Smith.

He co-authored Strategic Conversations, a book about how to engage employees in ideating, designing, and implementing strategic change, published by Cambridge University Press. He's written articles for the Wall Street Journal, Harvard Business Review, and has a forthcoming article coming out in the Sloan Management Review.
