Innovative, creative and dynamic public relations and marketing professional! Donna Scott-Martin serves in the Office of Public Relations and Marketing of the Prince George's County Memorial Library System (PGCMLS). Scott-Martin has more than 25 years of experience in the Communications, Public Relations and Marketing fields, including eight years with PGCMLS. She has an M.A. in Journalism from the University of Maryland at College Park. Thanks to Donna Scott-Martin and OrangeBoy, Inc., this County Library enjoys phenomenally successful email marketing with measurable results to targeted audiences every time! She also transformed the look of PGCMLS' signature publication to e-newsletters targeted to each of PGCMLS' five areas with comparable outcomes to the award winning print publication - 20,000 plus unique opens monthly compared with a 20,000 quarterly print circulation - minus the cost. Donna will be on the Target Services for Better Customer Connections panel at the Computers in Libraries Conference 2017.
