Katie Rapp is a reference librarian and liaison to the NIST Center for Neutron Research at the National Institute of Standards and Technology. She is the team leader for the Library of the 21st Century Team tasked with preparing for the NIST Research Library’s future renovations. Her background in qualitative research and outreach are helping to guide the team’s efforts.
