Kris Markman is the Director of Digital Learning & UX for the Harvard Library. She leads collaborative efforts to build innovative library tutorials on the Digital Learning Launchpad. Through the User Research Center, Kris and the DLUX team support a variety of UX research across the Harvard Library and promote evidence-based decision making. Kris is a communication scholar with expertise in online interaction, learning, and new media, and holds a Ph.D. in Communication Studies from The University of Texas at Austin. |
