Michelle Frisque
Michelle Frisque is the Chief of Technology, Content and Innovation at the Chicago Public Library (CPL). In this role, she ensure that information technology, collections and data metrics support the library’s programs, services, operations and strategies and provides support and evaluation for the innovation process. Before joining CPL, Michelle was the Head of Information Systems at the Galter Health Sciences Library, Northwestern University. She is a former President of the Library & Information Technology Association (LITA), a division of the American Library Association. She has a Masters of Learning and Organization Change from Northwestern University’s School of Education and Social Policy and a Masters of Library and Information Sciences from the University of Pittsburgh.
