Diana has a background in technology and is a key member of BPL's Strategic Planning team. She manages innovative systemic changes including the launch of the BPL Incubator; MyLibraryNYC, a partnership with the NYC Department of Education and NYC's three library systems; and the development of organizational database management and reporting systems.
