Lis Unger is a systems librarian and became Team Lead for the National Library of Medicine's (NLM) DOCLINE interlibrary loan request system in 2015, after serving as Customer Service Lead since 2008.  The cross-divisional team is responsible for software development and maintenance including design and testing, deployments and documentation. The DOCLINE Team also supports NLM's ILL Unit interactions with systems across NLM and coordinates support activities with NN/LM regional medical libraries across the country.  Prior to joining NLM in 1998, Lis was Deputy Director for Document Delivery at the USDA's National Agricultural Library.
