Discounted guest room rates of $305 for a single/double room (plus applicable taxes/fees) at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City have been arranged for attendees who book through Meeting & Travel Consultants, Inc. (MTC) the official housing bureau for Computers in Libraries 2027. Rates are exclusive through MTC only and will not be extended by the hotel directly. Rates will remain in effect until February 26, 2027, subject to availability and not guaranteed. (After February 26, please contact MTC for current rates and availability.) Early booking is suggested! A valid credit card is required to guarantee all reservations, however, it will not be charged until the guest checks into the hotel

VALET PARKING
Hyatt Regency Crystal City offers valet-only parking, with unlimited in/out privileges. Clearance is 6’ 8” in an underground parking garage. Additional fees may apply for oversized vehicles.

- Daily/Overnight: $50 sedan; $60 SUV or larger

UNIVERSAL ELECTRIC CHARGING STATION
Electric vehicle charging is available for a flat fee of $30. Valet service will connect your vehicle to the charger inside the garage.

- Terminal 1 pickup location is outside the main doors. Follow signs for Hotel Shuttle Pickup. Use Track My Shuttle to know when the shuttle will be arriving.
- Terminal 2 pickup locations are outside of Doors 4 and 7 on the baggage claim level. Follow signs for Hotel Shuttle Pickup. Use Track My Shuttle to know when the shuttle will be arriving.
- The shuttle departs from the hotel front drive every 20-minute on the hour from 4:20 a.m. – 12:40 a.m. daily.
- Please note: Special Schedule Alert—No service to the Crystal City Metro station at this time. All shuttle services will be conducted to/from the Ronald Reagan National Airport for both Metro transit and Airport transportation.
CRYSTAL CITY METRO STATION
- Crystal City Metro Station (corner of 18th St and S. Bell Street) is a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Guest can also take the airport shuttle to the Reagan National Airport Metro station which is about 5 minutes from the hotel.
VIRGINIA RAIL EXPRESS
- Virginia Rail Express station is a five minute walk to/from hotel.
METROWAY BUS LINE
- The Metroway route operates between Pentagon City and Braddock Road Metrorail stations, with a new stop at 33rd and Crystal Drive. Closest station is 27th Street & Crystal Drive, located behind the hotel.
CAPITAL BIKESHARE
- Capital Bikeshare is a bicycle sharing system that serves Washington, D.C.; Arlington County, Virginia; the city of Alexandria, Virginia; Montgomery County, Maryland and Fairfax County, Virginia. Nearest location is behind the hotel at 27th and Crystal Drive.
