Jan Thomas is Librarian at the NOAA Center for Weather and Climate Prediction.  He holds a master's degree in Library and Information Science from LSU and was previously a Patents and Trademarks Librarian at his alma mater.  He is a solo librarian so his duties vary depending on the day.
