Sonya has worked for the Library of Michigan in a variety of positions since 1999. She has been on the Michigan eLibrary team for 14 years, serving early on as site administrator. She regularly conducts user experience testing of MeL.org and published one such study in Library Journal and another in Computers in Libraries. Sonya earned her MLIS from Wayne State University.
