Ben Hope is a supervisor and Information Architect at the FDA Library in Silver Spring, MD.  He is  currently leading Knowledge Management and organizational change efforts at FDA.

Ben has a B.S. in Computer Science and a Masters in Library & Information Science from the University of Maryland.

Prior experience includes 27 years as an Information Architect and Branch Chief at the NIH Library in Bethesda, MD.
