Carolyn Foote is a former "techno" librarian at Westlake High School in Austin, Texas. Fascinated by the confluence of technology and libraries, she has closely studied her campus' iPad 1:1 rollout and the impact on library services and library design.  Four time finalist for the Texas Librarian of the Year, a White House Champion of Change, a recent Lilead Fellow, and member of the advisory board for the Center for the Future of Libraries she writes  on her blog at www.futura.edublogs.org.
