Chi is the co-founder and CEO of GameFlo LLC, an education technology company that utilizes games and sports to teach data science skills to students. Chi also serves as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence for the BLUE Innovation Community at UNC Chapel Hill, and the Director of the 2019 Basketball Analytics Summit. After obtaining his B.A. in Economics from Brown University in 2010, Chi worked at JPMorgan before making the transition to sports as the Assistant CFO for Bloomberg Sports (named one of the "Ten Most Innovative Companies in Sports" by Fast Company in 2011). Since then, Chi has worn numerous professional hats in sports ranging from columnist and fantasy sports TV analyst, statistician for NBA broadcasters with STATS LLC, and CFO of Brooklyn-based startup Ballstar. Chi holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and was awarded the 2018 Community Core Value Award for his work within the KFBS community and beyond.
