Louise Reimer is Manager, Human Resources with the Toronto Public Library.  Prior to this, she was Area Manager (Toronto Public Library) and Director, Branch Services and Community Engagement (Edmonton Public Library).  She is also a sessional instructor in human resources management with the University of Alberta's online MLIS program.  Louise's career has had a strong focus on strategic leadership and people management, including leadership development initiatives, staff learning and development, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
