Michael Hibben is a Senior Manager with the Roanoke County Public Library in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia. In addition to leading public services at the central library, he helps drive innovation, including the recruitment of SoftBank Robotics' Pepper®, the humanoid robot - a first among libraries in the United States. Before coming to RCPL, Mike worked in public libraries all over the country, including the Los Angeles Public Library.
