Sherry Fahim is the Director of Digital Technology and Creation at Hamilton Public Library. As a member of HPL's Senior Leadership Team, she oversees the Digital Technology and Communications Departments. With more than 30 years of experience in the technology sector, her focus is on innovation, digital literacy and process improvements. She leads digital innovation and the development of systems and services to help advance technology training and digital literacy skills that target areas for the greatest economic and social impact. As one of the largest library systems in Canada, Hamilton Public Library encourages the community to explore its 22 locations, two bookmobiles, and extensive digital collections.
